Do the goods travel insured?

Yes, all our shipments are Insured.

In case of breakage How should you proceed?

In case of items arrived damaged, just send within 6 hours from receipt of a photo via WhatsApp (+39 327 35 38 045) or by email (info@testedimorosiciliane.com). The replacement will be made at our expense, in 48h if available, otherwise 5/10 days.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs for Italy, contribution of € 12.90 for orders less than € 100.00, Free over € 100.00.

For all other destinations the site will automatically calculate the shipping costs.

What are the payment methods?

We accept all payment methods:

- Bank transfer, without charges;

- All Credit Cards, free of charge;

- Paypal, free of charge;

- Cash on delivery, only for cash up to a maximum of € 2,999.00, additional cost € 9.90;
